Inside travel guides, tips, reviews, information, etc. - Washington D.C?

Tomorrow we’re going to Washington D.C. and I’m wondering if there are any websites I should check out for guides, tips, reviews, information, etc. We have a trip to the White House and the Congress building booked, but unfortunately it looks like the Washington Monument is sold out for the next couple of days…

So, back to my original question: can any of you recommend any good sites to find insiders travel information?
